Dial-Up Connection

There are five major Internet Service Providers (ISP) providing dial up Internet connection in Northern Cyprus: Superonline, LedraNet, Comtech, Mehir and AnalizComputer.
Connected to the local phone company all of them provide connection at speed of about 41kbps (4kbps-5kbps for downloads and uploads). Superonline, LedraNet, and Comtech also have an additional satellite connection which provides a backup in case of a failure between local phone company and their offices. LedraNet also offers lease lines and in the near future they may offer ADSL connections.

Wireless Connection

In terms of wireless connection there are three major Internet Service Providers. These companies are AyzaNet, Rflex, and NetHouse Networks based both in Lefkosa and Famagusta.
NetHouse Networks and Rflex offer connection at speed of 128kbps to 1024kbps. At the base speed of 128kbps downloads and uploads would be around 16kbps.
AyzaNet offers Internet connection at speed of 128kbps to 2048kbps. At the base speed of 128kbps downloads and uploads would be around 16kbps.
