Shopping in North Cyprus

Whatever your memory is of North Cyprus, shops have that special memento to remind you of the journey to the island. Take a moment to visit some of them, and remember what made Cyprus special to you.
Shopping is variable in Turkish Cyprus. You may make it traditional and visit well-known high street shops; or more exciting by visiting eccentric souvenir and gift shops, exploring the diversity of the flea markets and China bazaars. You will find unique collections of Turkish pottery, silk, cushion covers, copper, bronze and onyx objects, Turkish dolls, etc. Jewellery shops keep a great variety of gold and silver ware of unique design and at reasonable prices. Both gold and silver are priced according to their weight.
Shops are opened from 8 am till 1 pm and from 4 pm till 8 pm in summer; from 9 am till 1 pm and from 2 pm till 6 pm in winter. Open markets and bazaars are opened before lunch time.
